initially it was just going to be the first drawing, and then the artist's description would've read:

but i realized that i could, instead, make this into one of the 40 or so 100.theme pics which i do not already have planned out.

babble and fumblebee-er, blurr and bumblebee- dancing the quickstep [although i'm sure it doesn't look anything like the quickstep]. in case you are wondering, the song they are dancing to is the awooga waltz, and if you get that reference, then man, you sure are awesome (:

prowl tuts at the complete lack of anything resembling grace. optimus lips- i mean, prime- tries to be encouraging, but really, he can only be so generous. and as for ratchet...

before he was a medic, ratchet won and held the position of cybertron's best ballroom dancer [yes, all ballroom dances] for 300 years straight, and young'uns these days are making a mockery of dance, and if they wiggled around like that back on cybertron in his day in front of official judges they'd be tried for crimes against humanity- well, robotity?- and he slagging well isn't going to encourage these darn idiots by giving them a score in the positives, then they'll never stop with their hip-hop and their fancy-pants turbo quickstep and...

okay, i ran out of old man-rant.

man, i gotta say, tf:a is, like a million times easier to draw than the old-school stuff. i can't do straight lines to save my life, and those 80's 'bots are made of nothing but! also on the subject of things i can't draw: circles. i love blurr's foot design, with his big hollow wheels and his little bitty footies at the bottom... but i sure don't love drawing them ):

OH and somewhat off-topic [like that's ever stopped me before]: on the subject of blurr-cube: he's totes not dead. waspinator lived through being cube-ified, so can blurr. also, may i direct you to the very bottom of this page.
